I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. I was already a little frustrated that day, though, and the return process felt slower than I expected. Not the worst experience, just wish it had moved a bit faster.

It works fine for the most part, and maybe I’m just being picky because I’ve been trying to spend less lately, but for what I paid I was expecting a little more. Not bad, just feels a bit pricey for what it is.

The site was easy enough to use overall. Checkout seemed to take a little longer than I expected, though maybe it was just on my end.

The box arrived safely, so I don’t think it’s fair to make a big issue out of it. Yeah, there was a little dent, but nothing was damaged and the packaging mostly did its job.

I’ve used this company before and generally want to stick with them, so this was disappointing. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic answers, and when they did reply, it was slow and not always clear. I’m kind of torn because I’ve liked the brand in the past, but this experience wasn’t great.

Super frustrating because technically they were “responding,” but in the end I was still stuck with the same issue.

This delivery took way longer than I expected, which was frustrating because it reminded me of the last time I had a package show up late right before I needed it. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no real idea where it was or when it would actually arrive. It did finally get here, but the waiting and lack of updates made the whole experience annoying.

I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d definitely check everything as soon as it arrives

Umm, shopping here was frustrating. I went in expecting to find a few things, but almost everything I liked was out of stock.

A lot of the items still showed up while browsing, so I’d click in thinking I could buy them, only to find the size I needed was gone or the item wasn’t available at all. It felt like a waste of time after a while.

I checked back a couple of times hoping things would change, but it was basically the same. If stock is that low, it really should be clearer upfront. I don’t think I’ll bother trying again.

My order has basically just been sitting there with random tracking updates but no actual movement. I reached out to support and they didn’t really give me anything helpful either, which was frustrating. The updates kept changing without explaining anything — that part was weird. I’ve been waiting way too long at this point, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from freestyle.world again.
